PPA time

I'm back..huh...after few week bz with the Payroll processing and plus additional ad hoc task...now i able to relief...fuhhhhh... but then other thing come on da way..PPA....arrggghhh...what shud i feel right now?? happy? sad? frustrated? even aku sendiri pun tak dapat nak teka...oppsss sorry forget to mention PPA in full term...hiks...PPA in Personal Performance Assesment which all eligible staff in my company have to submit their PPA and discuss with boss how our performances for this financial year period.

This PPA thing really make my headache come worse and the best part is that we need to provide a verrryyyy good word to help ourselves in that HRPC..huh...pening siut...ni bukan karangan yang simple that we just think and wrote. it worse than prepare a BOD paper you know...argghh masa ni lah everyone will try to condemn other people to ensure that they safe.. whatever lah,.. i'm quiete negative thinking people but this is fact man...not sure

For me, there's no right or wrong with my statement. with this new thing implement and new thing happen, everyone tried to safe themselves. thus they might do anything kan....all this we can see and it actually happen. no lies ...this is true... Ok, stop with that..no more emotional statement related to PPA lagi...seriously everytime thinking about it, it really stressed me out...arrgghhh...sampai nak kena demam last week...juz iagine how bad it is...dah lah...ok..since i've missed few days not writting in this blog, guest what, this is the only thing yang aku nak share with u all..hahahahha

No lah...takkan aku kejam macam tu kan...but ni kan blog aku...so i can voice up anything yang aku suka kan,...
