Holiday - Penang

Baiklah...lokasi percutian pilihan keluarga kami pada kali ini adalah ...Pulau Pinang...hahahha...2nd time datang sini and hopefully banyak activities yang boleh kita buat...well..we plan to depart from KL on 29/1/2010 lepas my sis and hafidz balik dr keje...and we managed to bertolak dr umah @ 9.30 pm and in the same time i miss one of scheduled program on that day. As the previous holiday, we will stay @ Batu Feringhi - since my dad keje kat sana..tapi unfortunately aku tak dapat book Rumah PETRONAS, huhuh fully booked. yelah long holiday kan........so kebanyakan hotel semua dah fully booked. LAst skali we all planned to stay kat my dad house.

Bertolak 9.30 malam and sampai sana lebih kurang pukul 3.00 pagi...huhuh..lama giler kan...yelah, my mom,me jarang drive malam2...so basiccaly this is our 1st time driving malam2. dah lah jauh lak tuh. tapi kiteorang dah decide to drive slowly and safely...ikut arahan had kelajuan memandu tuh...hihih pemandu berhemah lah katakan.... :)

Sampai kat sana, kiteorang terus bergerak ke rumah papa, but then papa kata dier dah book 2 rooms kat D' Feringghi...D Ferringhi?? never heard before this....tapi belasah je lah,...memandangkan aku dah penat gile masa tuh...smapai2 jer trus tido smapai sok pagi....

The next morning, we all planned to have breakfirst @ tempat tinggal kiteorang tuh, then tetiba my dad kata breakfast kat situ tak best. then papa bawa ke hotel tempat dia keje...we all having our heavy breakfast overthere....buffet lah katakan...rugi wo kalu stakat makan roti skeping ker, telur goreng jer ke....hahahhaha...apa lagi, aku blasah lah sumer makanan kat situ...opss sorry i mean aku makan hampier kesemua menu yang disediakan. After having tooooo heavy breakfast...yelah masa makan tak ingat ...so we all planned to lepak skejap kat beach depan hotel...boleh tenangkan fikiran...hilangkan tension.....tapi memang syok giler lepak kat beach tuh....tido, hirup angin sepoi2 bahasa.....tapi aku still seram gak..sebab masa tuh tetiba teringat pasal kes Tsunami yang berlaku masa 2004 tuh....my dad kata hotel dier tuh 20 tourist mati......hmmmm setakat aku lpak tadi..semua ok...:) alhamdulillah, semuanya ok....

Then, masa lunch tu,we all tak nak makan nasi kandar, then my dad decide to take us to Kedai mamak gak but the sepcial of this kedai dia memang specialist dalam nasi beriani....but bila dah makan, aku rasa macam sama jer, sedap lagi kat Umar khayam...sorry, my dad also give the same comment :P....but one thing aku nak puji is that dier punyer roti naan cheese memang superb....sedap giler lah....cheese dier cukup, pas tu roti dier lembut...at least ada something kat kedai tu yang besh gak kan...hihihi

After dah melantak nasi beriani, again i think heavy lunch, my dad decide to bawak kiteorang rona georgetown....actually my dad keje lagi, but masa lunch hour tuh, dier rest for 3 hours, so masa tulah baru we all boleh pegi jejalan....and mcm biasa, papa bawak pegi makan cendol and rojak buah...i think the best cendol and rojak buah kat penang ...i guess... then after that kiteorang pegi borong jeruk.,....huhuh memandangkan aku tak makan jeruk, so i'm not that in trested to buy lah..huhuh sorrii kengkawan...:(

Papa kata, malam nanti join dinner kat my dad place...ada bbq malam tuh...wahhh sronoks giler...dah lama tak bbq...hihihih so balik petang tuh, rest skejap kat hotel then pegi Hydro for our dinner...not bad, and oklah....banyak gak kiteorg melantak malam tuh...huhuhu full day of eating non stop beb...dah lepas makan2, kiteorang pegi night market...ala-ala petaling street. tempat ni memang glamer, dier sepanjang jalan kat batu feringghi tuh...tak larat aku nak jalan sampai habis, adik adalah borong few thing....balik hotel dekat pukul 12.30 malam...then tido..

Next day, sama, we all having our breakfast at Hydro...again heavy breakfast lagi..hihihihi welll as usual lah kan....lepas breakfast we all back to hotel to packed things and papa plan nak pegi the other part of Penang...Queensbay...my dad dah book hotel kat sana...papa kata at least boleh rest skejap before balik KL on the next day.

Dalam pukul 2 tuh, my dad balik keje and we all bergerak ke Queensbay...and chack in dekat Eastin Hotel...new hotel new environment. and quite cheap....bila dah masuk bilik...memang besh giler...modern deco...kiteorang rest dulu, sambung jalan2 malam tuh nanti....Malam tu gerak ke nearest shopping complex, Queensbay Mall...seriously memang besar, penat gak lah berjalan serata shopping complex tuh.... Next morning we all pun berangkat pulang ke KL...maybe next time kiteorang pegi lagi....:)

Semi Final FA LEague - Manchester United 3 - Manchester City 1

The Carling Cup may not top the list of priorities at the start of the season, but there's no denying how sweet the feeling is to reach the final this year at the expense of our Manchester neighbours. Goals from Paul Scholes, Michael Carrick and another dramatic injury-time derby winner, this time from Wayne Rooney, sent the Reds to Wembley at the end of an enthralling 180 minutes of semi-final football.After all City's posturing since they struck gold with their change of ownership, this was hard evidence that Manchester's football hierarchy remains intact - and United's fans relished hammering home the point after the final whistle.The Reds had every right to feel aggrieved at trailing 2-1 after the first-leg. United had controlled large swathes of the match at Eastlands, and remarkably a frantic last 20 minutes had not yielded a second goal. As for City’s two efforts, the penalty for Carlos Tevez’s first was highly contentious, while the decision to award a corner kick in the lead-up to the Argentinian’s second could also be questioned.

That sense of injustice, added to fans’ desire to keep City’s trophyless years ticking by – not forgetting a Wembley final and trophy defence at stake – meant expectations were ramped up for this fixture, as were the noise levels. Sir Alex predicted an atmosphere akin to a top European night; he wasn’t to be disappointed. To a man, the entire Old Trafford crowd - with 9,000 visiting fans raising the stakes – were up for this one.Rio Ferdinand’s decision to appeal his FA misconduct charge meant he was eligible to play and, with Sir Alex seeking continuity in defence, it was an unchanged back five from Saturday’s 4-0 league victory over Hull. Man of the moment and scorer of all four goals that day, Wayne Rooney, led the charge up front. Sir Alex stuck with the 4-5-1 that served so well at Eastlands, with Nani’s impressive recent displays earning him a spot on the right of United’s midfield ahead of Antonio Valencia.

As expected, the game began at a frenetic pace and although City won the first corner, a flurry of United corner-kicks indicated the home side’s early control. Rooney, looking full of confidence after his recent scoring run, tested City goalkeeper Shay Given after nine minutes when he turned brilliantly away from Micah Richards and fizzed in a shot from 25 yards. Paul Scholes has a similar penchant for the spectacular and had a pop from a similar distance a few minutes later, but his effort flew over the bar.Rooney remained as the lone striker, but early in the half he was anything but as Carrick and Fletcher often played in advanced midfield positions, while Giggs and Nani provided ample support from the wings – the latter’s best moment of the first half coming when his teasing cross was nicked off Rooney’s head at the last moment.

Ferdinand was forced into a last-ditch tackle on Tevez just after the 20-minute mark, then the Argentinian forced a fingertip save from Edwin van der Sar with a diving header from Craig Bellamy’s cross. But just as it seemed City were the ones growing in stature, United went close to an opening goal. A good passing move involving Nani, Rooney, Carrick and Fletcher ended with Giggs drilling a low shotgoalwards. But, as he did with so many attempts in the first leg, Given stopped it. He was also alert to stop Rooney tapping home Carrick’s near-post cross after 32 minutes.

Referee Howard Webb did well to manage the emotion of the tie, Scholes being the first to go into the book after 37 minutes for a late, if not malicious, challenge on Shaun Wright-Phillips (see numerous Scholes tackles from down the years).There was plenty of passion and possession, but lacking were the goals United needed. Sir Alex's men were first out from the dressing rooms at half-time, however – usually a sign of intent. And so it proved. Although the Reds survived a Richards effort immediately after the restart that van der Sar brilliantly plucked from the jaws of the top corner, United were soon in front and Old Trafford was rocking.Seven minutes in, the constant probing paid off.

Rooney found Giggs’ run down the right channel, and though the Welshman was pushed wide he picked out Nani in the area. The Portuguese was closed down quickly, but Carrick poked the loose ball into Scholes’ path on the edge of the box and he drilled his shot into the bottom corner. Old Trafford shook with the jubilant celebrations, before a thundering chorus of U-N-I-T-E-D rolled around the ground.Seeking a second to win the tie outright in 90 minutes (at this stage we were heading for extra-time), Nani fired in a wonderful cross that Dedryck Boyata did well not to turn into his own net, instead steering it over the bar. City were going for it too, though, bolstering their attack with substitutes Stephen Ireland and Emmanuel Adebayor.

but before the latter could be brought on, United stormed further in front on 70 minutes. Nani did brilliantly to cut in from the right and find Fletcher’s surging run into the box. The Scot was prevented from getting his shot away, but he fed the ball to Carrick to sidefoot into the far corner with customary calm. United fans sang “que sera sera…”, which seemed premature. The Reds’ Wembley place would have been booked on 72 minutes had Rooney converted a chance it seemed more difficult to miss.

Evra’s brilliant cross required only the simplest touch, but Rooney sliced it the wrong side of the post. The Reds were then left ruing that miss just minutes later when Tevez nipped in front of Ferdinand and acrobatically turned in Bellamy’s cross from the left. It was hardly deserved, making his fist-pumping celebrations rankle more than usual, and with the aggregate scores tied at 3-3 we were once more heading for extra-time.

Sir Alex again had his head in his hands as another chance went begging on 80 minutes, Carrick firing wide after a scramble in the box. But United's spirit and quality could not be quelled. With three minutes of normal time left Nani was replaced by Antonio Valencia and the Ecuadorian immediately won a corner, and from that pressure came the winner. In the second of three minutes of added time, Giggs played a short corner with Valencia. The ball came back to the Welshman and his excellent cross was all the enticement Rooney needed, slamming his header home to send United to Wembley.

Dilema.....

yeahhh...hari ni adalah hari terakhir aku bekerja dalam bulan January 2010 and esok aku akan bertolak ke Pulau Pinang...for holiday of course....actually this holiday pun was planned last minutes and suggested by my mom...masa tu about 2 weeks lagi nak cuti and of course lah bila nak book hotel kat sana, already fully booked....sampai homestay kiteorang search but unabl to find one....then my dad suggest to stay at his rent house, since all his housemate went back for holiday.
Belum pegi lagi, but cerita dah panjang menggunungkan...hahahha..tak pelah we will continue this this after we returned from there k.
so the main topis, last tuesday, my boss received an email from my x bosses which she highlighted about my job assignment period and did they want me to continue in HRM or to give back to Finance. so...i need to responses within 2 days...hmmmm bos keep asking me to stay or to leave.... honestly i dun know...still in dillema, either to continue my career in Finance which i know what would happen, since i already not handling an account for almost 3 years. and to stay in HRM, i would be big challenged to me, since i don't have have any background and not so familiar with the HR operations, juz know the salary and payroll processing, other than that, i',m lost....huuhuhuhuh

Ni bukan promotions or i would get better offer if i leave or i stay, but the same salary, position, ot just the matter of changing to other job environment and scope. Few of my frenz have give an opinion to me and i really appreciate it but seriously, until now, i still can't make my final decision about this matter.

let me nrief skit about what i'm doing, the pro and the cons for both position...

Finance:
1. Familiar since aku study accounting..
2. aku sangat suka buat account
3. lebih banyak job scope and peluang yang aku boleh venture in the future.
4. Aku tak suka environment finance as general....too serius.......


HRM
1. Aku suka buat payroll sebab sronok...
2. aku tak suka layan orang...lain orang lain kerenah,,,,so pressure.
3. Enviroment...hmmm dalam bilik tu ok, but kat luar, tak sure...

daripada apa yang aku tulis ni, macam menyebelah ke finance kan...hmmmm ntahlah... i'm not sure yet. i wish i could made the decision now......hmmmm

My new house....

Yeayyyy finally, i managed to see my own house...wahhh statement tak tahan...but anyway aku really satisfied...after 5 years working, aku berjaya memiliki rumah sendiri...yahooooo.....aku tak sabar gile nak pindah rumah ni...for those yang tanya bile aku beli umah ni, jawapan nya ada pada umah aku...ye...aku beli rumah ni masa aku berumuer 26...dan kebetulan aku punyer no rumah pun 26...hiks kebetulan kan...well...rumah aku n i tak lah besar tapi apa pun at least ada gak harta aku ni hihihi...

ni pun setelah beberapa bulan aku tak melawat ke sini, aku sangat kagum dengan prestasi pembinaan umah ni...cuma yang aku risau CF tu bila nak dapat....aku nak kena renovate lagi umah ni...blakang tu nak kena tambah lagi, deposit air ngan umah pun dorang tak mintak lagi....hmmm hopefully tak lama lah aku kena tunggu....hmmm...

I'm Back...!!

Hmm...quite sometimes aku dah tak post kat blog ni. so skang aku decided to write back. Wpun aku ni tak lah good in writting, but juz the matter of blogging, no matter lah boleh tulis dengan baik or not, as long i have somthing to share, its ok for me....

Well, 1st of all, congrats to my sister, Adik, yang dah selamat menukar status ke Mrs Wan Hafidz, semuanya berjalan lancar, alhamdulillah. Thanks to Nor, Zai, Norhaya, Ernie, Abg Noor, Kak Sharimah, and Ayujah yang datang...and for those tak datang, tak per...no hal punyer....aku actually nak share few pic of my sis wedding, tapi nantilah aku letak yek...

then, Happy new year to all, apa azam korang this year? Mine? aku punyer pun macam tak de jer ni, what i can say is that aku actually dalam frustration mood, dilema, and macam2 lah...pening pun ada. and actually the reason aku menulis balik ni because of this.

It's already near to deadline which is i need to decide what best for me...dalam FB aku asyik tulis, to stay or to go, but reality is that aku rasa ni antara keputusan tersusah yang aku nak buat...macam ni lah sebenarnya, aku sangat sayangkan accounting and in the same time i ve better oppurtunity to stay in my current positions which is totally differ from account. Aku suka both of it but the thing is that i need to decide yang mana aku nak....of coirse aku tak boleh tamak....takkan aku nak buat dua keje dalam satu masa....confius, pening, frust, dilema, sumer dalam kpala otak aku ni.....
i need an advices from someone. and i've tried. but then i realise the answer make thing more complicated....aduii ai....how ...aku tak nak lah asyik cakap aku nak fikir2 dulu, nanti orang kata aku ni demand lah, macam hebat sangatlah...tapi macam mana....sampai saat aku buat posting ni pun aku masih bercelaru....arggghhh in tension mood skang ni...

I still hope that someone can help me to decide...seriously....ur opinion are welcome....aku sangat2 menghargai kalau sesapa nak komen on this,...jumpa aku personally lagi bagus, then ur will realises how confusing i am......
