Meeting wit VP Finance

Today, ada session dengan VP Finance, Mr George Ratilal pasal Finance Skill Group. Mr George unwell today, so Pn Nuraini, SGM Group Treasury on behalf presented Mr George Speech which talk about career progression for young executive in PETRONAS. in the same time, she also highlighted about what are the challenges and what we need to prepare in advance for our own career progression. Job Rotation, Mentoring, Skill Group Trainning and Professional Accountancy Program antara yang dihighlightkan...and Mr George sempat join us, at the end of the session for Q&A session which i think very active session, when everyone keep asking a question to him and also Pn Nuraini.
